Free to list
Submitting a local business offer, event or experience is free. around charges no commission or booking fee for these listings. Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, placement or customer visits.
Authority and accurate information
You must be authorised to act for the business. Supply accurate contact details, venue address, offer description, prices, dates, opening hours and restrictions. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing, age restrictions and advertising rules, and for having permission to use any submitted content.
Approval and changes
Every listing is reviewed before publication. around may edit, request changes, reject, pause or remove listings. Material edits to an approved listing require further review. Use your business dashboard to manage availability and contact around when information needs correction.
Honouring offers
You set the total redemption capacity and maximum claims per customer. Leave total capacity blank for no overall limit. Clearly state exclusions, validity times and any booking requirements. Honour valid around claims in accordance with your advertised terms and ensure staff recognise the code. Claims reserve capacity when issued; “marked used” records a customer action and is not independent proof of a staff-verified redemption. Current listing codes may be shared across customers; do not treat the code alone as a unique customer identifier.
Customer disputes and privacy
The business supplies the experience or perk and is responsible for its quality, safety and applicable consumer remedies. Do not use customer information for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis. Your business contact details stay private; approved offer details and venue information appear publicly. Our privacy policy explains how we process submissions.
